To boil:

1.5 liters

For the meatballs:

2 cups of fine bulgur with meatballs, 2.5 cups of hot water, 1 cup, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper, 1.5 teaspoons of salt, 1 tablespoon of pepper paste

For the sauce:

1 teaspoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 cup of shredded tomatoes (rondoed), 1 teaspoon of pepper paste, 2 cloves of grated garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper

Preparation of:

Transfer 2 cups of fine bulgur into a bowl and add 2.5 cups of hot water. Cover with a stretch film and leave until the bulgur swells. Add 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of pepper paste into the bulgur. Add 1 cup of flour little by little and start kneading. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper and knead well until it is integrated. Lightly wet your hand. Take a little larger pieces of dough from the dough and roll it in two palms. After rolling it, make a hole by pressing the middle part with your finger. Pour the dumplings you shaped into a lightly floured bowl and blend them nicely. Put your meatballs in boiling water in the pot and boil for 10-15 minutes until soft. Strain the boiled dumplings with the help of a colander and put them in my oven. Take 1.5 teaspoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of pepper paste inside a ceiling. Add grated and roasted 1 cup tomato. When the consistency is slightly concentrated, add 2 cloves of grated garlic, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of black pepper and 1 teaspoon of salt and mix. Then, roll over the sauce you prepared and mix it well. Put it on a serving plate and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve. Enjoy your meal.
