The heart, which is responsible for working throughout life and one of the most important organs of the human body, is also very sensitive in terms of disease risk. Although heart diseases show a wide variety in themselves, the most common is atherosclerosis, called arterial stiffness. In our country, the most commonly referred to as heart rhythm disorders, mitral valve-aortic valve diseases, heart valve diseases, heart failure, heart attack, aortic aneurysms, heart rheumatism, coronary artery diseases, heart palpitations, increased heart rate, tachycardia, pericardium, heart spasm, congenital heart diseases and atrial septal defect disease defined as ASD.
Heart diseases may show various symptoms
Often there may be different symptoms of heart disease that can sneak in the body. The common findings are; Pain in the left arm, back, chest and abdomen, burning and palpitations, difficulty breathing and fainting are frequent urination at night. Also known as cyanosis, bluish color on fingers, toes and lips, swelling in the abdomen and feet, sluggishness, rapid fatigue and cough are other common findings.
Heart attacks can cause worse pictures in young people compared to the elderly. In addition, genetic transition cholesterol can cause heart attacks and even deaths at an early age when untreated. While people who lead a stressful life due to their living conditions, heart diseases are more common, diabetes disease also poses a great risk. Harmful habits such as inactivity and obesity, high blood pressure, unhealthy diet, smoking and alcohol are other factors that trigger heart disease.
A stress-free life is a must
It can be mentioned that a problem-free life can be achieved when the factors that affect heart health are taken under control. In particular, the enemy of the heart should be avoided as far as possible, and the use of harmful substances such as alcohol and cigarettes should be avoided. Roast dishes and fatty meats should be removed from the consumption list, canned products and offal, such as liver, bacon and spleen, should be kept away from the tableware. In addition, it should be protected from excess weight and care should be taken to maintain the current weight.
Fish meat is a good heart protector
Although the consumption of red meat is not recommended, fish and chicken meat are recommended instead. But oily portions like chicken skin should not be consumed. Having the feature of increasing the fluidity of the blood due to the Omega 3 fatty acids it contains, fish meat also protects it from heart and vascular diseases with its effect to help reduce cholesterol. Therefore, fish should be consumed at least once a week.
Eating habits require attention
Fat-free ones should be preferred. Avoid excessive use of salt in meals, oil preference should be used for corn oil and olive oil. Ingredients should be selected from fruits and vegetables grown in the season and whole grain breads should be preferred. In addition, systematic physical movements can contribute to heart health.
